Please Contact our customer service team at help@desequeen.com for an exchange. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and send you the new item(s) within 1-2 business days.
The new item(s) will be shipped to the original shipping address unless otherwise specified. Standard shipping rates apply.
